My New Red Wing Blacksmith Boots are MADE IN THE U.S.A.

My new Red Wing Blacksmith boots just got here in the mail. They look like a million bucks on my feet. These boots are MADE IN THE U.S.A with pride. Why is it that less than 2% of the clothing and apparel SOLD in the U.S. is actually MADE in the U.S.? Prior to the 1960’s, most apparel sold in America was made in America. Now, we can only seem to squeak out 2% of the clothing we wear?
