Hunting for an ATM Machine that Actually Works – Todays Record is 0 for 4 and a Blocked Card?

I was on my way to the bus station and needed to charge up the kingdom’s cash reserves. I ended up going to four different ATM machines and couldn’t get a tune out of any one of them. The fourth one told me that my card had been blocked.
