From Mactan-Cebu International Airport
Check out the YouTube video on how to get to Bantayan Island from Mactan-Cebu International Airport. I took the midnight bus on this trip and it worked out great for me.
The direct bus (Roll-On Roll-Off) to Bantayan Town costs 225 Pesos and departs as following:
- 11:45 P.M.
- 12:15 A.M.
- 3:00 A.M.
- 6:00 A.M.
- 8:00 A.M.
- 10:00 A.M.
- 12:00 P.M.
The buses to Hagnaya Port leave every hour, day and night. The fare is 140 Pesos for the Non Air Con and 165 Pesos for the Air Con bus. The ticket for the ferry to Bantayan Island costs 180 Pesos. You also have to pay 10 Pesos for the terminal fee at Hagnaya Port. Once you get to Bantayan Island, you have to sign the tourism register and pay 30 Pesos for the “Ecological Tourism” fee.
